golf was exciting and fun

my husband wants to comeback for golfing and love all the areas to sit and relax

my 17 year old son enjoyed the fitness room and my 16 year old daughter enjoyed the pool

the location was great, next to the golf course and some bike trails

loved the variety of shops, restaurants and spa options. room was very clean and comfortable.

the spa was nice and the services were outstanding

men s locker room in the spa was not stocked with the items that i felt should have been there for a resort

the couples spa package was awesome and worth the cost!!

even though the area had been 'opened with restrictions' the pool (probably the cleanest, most sanitary

fast, friendly check in and out. breakfast was good too!

i also thought the breakfast food was tasty and well prepared

continental breakfast in the room was a nice feature

was my bad, but i did not see that it was a pet friendly place, even though it was in their description

no sink in bathroom or mirror, had to get ready in the kitchen

the amenities were great with kitchen on every floor and a great view of the east bay

brand new 40 smart tv with easy access if you like bringing your own system, the biggest spa tub we ve

my room (quite spacious) was on the top floor (5th) that had an amazing view of the bay, balcony, spa tub,

is hardly a bad view in the whole place and the outdoor spa being open in april is amazing

the 24 hour pool and spa was fantastic

pool/spa said it was 24/7 but when we got there it closed at midnight and didn t open until

convenient parking and nice staff are an added bonus

bar was not open the night we stayed

parking is terrible

the rooftop bar is a big disappointment as they could do so much more with the space

parking was tight.

bed is very comfortable and i love you can be in the spa tube and still see the lake

the room and view were amazing. had a balcony with chairs. having a spa tub was an added bonus

when you re going down the hallway from the back of the hotel through the front desk where the laundry facilities

could see water damage in walls of bathroom and the ceiling by the spa tub

after that i booked us a room at the grand traverse resort and spa because we just couldn t take it anymore

i loved the private beach and the spa in put room

room was very small. what they call a spa was just a bathtub.

this will always be our go to when we go one little getaways with our kids

i was definitely a bit of a nuisance as i did not understand the spa in the room i rented, but the staff were

the location is right on the bay. there is a restaurant , indoor pool and spa on site.

to walk through the restaurant where people are seated and eating to get to the gym or pool area from our room

resturant, bar, pool, hot tub, snack station, vending machines, ice machines

fire alarm went off and no explanation and it was scarey . kids upstairs of us were loud.

having the complementary shuttle to take us to our evening destinations

shuttle bus was very convenient

is an old historic hotel in a great location, the rooms and spa are updated however, the lobby & common areas

were renovating the pool and spa so those were not accessible during our visit

area the hotel is downtown is the best super close to everything and so was the pool and the spa also loved

there was some dog hair in the carpet (it was a pet friendly room) and some ants
