the interior of the hotel was very clean and maintained, the pool and spa area were not

the pool area, and the beds were very comfortable

good driving distance from surfside beach, good parking lot and no theft from back of our truck.

there was also a spider in the corner of the spa bath

the garden tub/spa jets were old and dirty

the pool and spa were nice as well

the basketball court was perfect for the kids when we weren’t swimming

a lot of people and kids running around- but it was expected

when i left the spa i was so relaxed i will recommend san luis resort to everyone that is looking for a great

stay at the san luis resort and spa was grand

was amazing from valet, to front desk, bar and spa we felt so welcome

the spa is located at a completely different property at an actual resort

spa ahhhhhh and the bjiggers lounge!

it would be nice if the hotel had its own spa for massages etc, and a hot tub

the location and the pool. also they have activities planned out for the kids everyday.
