was dirty, spa broke, paint was horribly peeling off the bottom of the tub, sink basin was broke, toilet

pool and spa were nice specially being indoor

has an indoor pool and spa the room was very comfy and clean front desk was very nice people it's close to

water was dirty. saw a roach. bed was hard.. no room service. room needed repairs

limited parking on the hotel property due to busses parking across many spaces.

pools were ice cold

it was a full night at the hotel they had no more parking

they had peanuts and cookies as well as the usual breakfast

quick check in, morning breakfast was very good.

the breakfast area doubled as a storage room

no fruit or oatmeal for breakfast

you advertise this hotel has breakfast but it has not!!!

they didn't have breakfast even though they charge for it

well i actually thought they had an inside pool because on line that s what i saw.

wifi was horrible and had to pay to park

although wifi was free i really didn t need it with my plan

i didn t like that it wasn t disclosed on the bookings that the pool/spa area was shut down.

amenities were decent; they had a gym, evelvators working and clean, pool, and work rental room

but in weekend it would be nice to be able to use the pool/hot tub past 10 for adults since the children take

loved the indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna!

pool had werid hours, wish it was open as covid guidelines have lightened up in neighboring hotels

the room was very spacious and the spa tub was enormous and comfortable.

bathroom was not cleaned properly the spa tub was filthy had to scrub it run the jets and scrub it again to get

spa tub and the beds comfortable

jet spa had hair in it i think the jet spa could have been cleaned better it also had soap scum or

the spa tub was wonderful.

there was blood spots on the top sheet. pool and spa not working. breakfast was below standard.

my telephone in my room didn t work and i got an email stating the pool, gym, and spa would be closed but,

the pool spa was down the sauna had no light in no extra towels but over all pkay

no breakfast was served. the pool and spa were both closed

paid for a spa tub and it was filthy

you so much ms victoria for the great information about the town and loved the breakfast and swimming in the

needs a sense of privacy/separation from people that are in swimming pool area

the gym had two pieces of equipment and the pool was out of service

onsite free parking was great

breakfast asst and food is wonderful
