heated pool in cold weather

that they allowed me to do a 2hr late check out

wifi works very well

i had to do a little bit of work from my computer and it was quiet and internet wifi worked, no problems

so call kitchen i think it was a joke it doesn't consists of a microwave n minnie fridge

i spent a morning at the sapphire spa and the services were wonderful

two spa robes came in handy

was a little disappointed about the gym and spa being closed but lit was due to covid so that s

and i got a spa room, but only used the spa tub once as it was close to an hour to fill it and by that time i

we got a king with spa bath and the bath was clean and the water was very hot

the rooms were comfortable and i didn't not expect a spa tub in our room that was a nice touch

the pool was heated so it was awesome to just go out and about and come back to a heated pool

it advertised a gym, and the floors make you feet soo black then they charge you if you dirty towels and sheets

staff was professional and kind also pet friendly so was great for our fur baby

the pool is accessible to the outside tourist we saw many people that wasn t staying in the hotel

in the room next to the elevator and guest laundry was horrible

there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the wifi went out for a couple of hours

and the spa tub was not clean and the room wasnt cleaned properly before we got the room and we didnt use

liked that it was one of the few hotels with an in-room spa bath, even though it felt like it was a little small

after using the spa bath and all the water had drained, the spa bath was dirty

even the pool was exceptionally clean

experience for a welcome home for a loved one ud83eudde1 the kids loved the pool and rooms were great size and

location was nice it has a swimming pool and spa room was clean and comfortable

the only thing i could say good about the reservation was that they were able to give us a non smoking room

hotel which she did but i was upset about because the area is barely visible, by the 18 wheeler parking lot and
