the pool and spa was nice

strong chlorine smell from pool

the kids really liked the pool area

not charging for extended parking

swap meet going on and pool area not able to be used or back parking lot for part of our stay

spa tub was nice staff was nice

there were springs sticking out of the spa tub jets, seamen on the foot rest, and pieces of what appeared to

the jets in the spa in the bedroom didn t work. also the pool was not open.

spa bath was way smaller than mine at home

the pool time was wonderful

happy hour at 5:30-7 and the breakfast bar in the morning

the towel bar i the bathroom had one side barely attached and sagging down

friendliness of staff, esp those helping at breakfast. cleanliness. everyone helpful.

and the staff was very responsive to one cleanliness issue i pointed out to them in the pool/spa area

i was sad the spa wasn't working

spa temp was cooler the second night.

the entire hotel is extremely clean for being pet friendly also

the room was very clean and comfortable and there was tons of parking

beautiful property. huge rooms; we had a fireplace spa tub, and 50 in flat screen.

do not get a spa tub room, ours have black furry mold in it as soon as we turned it on, and we had to jump out

the last four trips have been at comfort inns. they all were friendly and clean and pet friendly

staff, good breakfast, pleasant decor, fast wifi, bed and pillows were excellent

loved the breakfast and pool the staff was nice and kind during my stay and helped me get a couple more pillows

we had 2 dogs and they have very reasonable pet charges. lots of pillows!!!!

the arcade, pool and spa were a huge benefit to us since our other weekend plans fell through

of the best heated pools i have used and the spa is nice and bubbly the store inside the hotel is very convenient
