rented the spa bath room and we were notified upon arrival but the spa jets were no longer working

breakfast was amazing each morning and learned a lot of history from our southern sippin and

the breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect for walking to the square

there is nothing to not like about the twelve oaks bed and breakfast

breakfast was lovely

the breakfast wasn t very fresh even at 7:30 (6:00-9:30) and the hot tub/spa was out of order

i had reserved a room with spa tub but they gave me room with regular bathroom.

matt took care of everything from early check in request due to state of emergency in our beginning stay, to

the room was clean, pet friendly, and had nice amenities, walking trails in particular.

carpet in the room was dirty and sticky everywhere i had no wifi access at all the whole time i was

bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices of breakfast foods

the overall look of the room, the spa tub looked like it might electrocute you it worked great

went for a weekend with the kids, they had soccer tournaments for the whole weekend, and it was very disappointing

also, breakfast was fresh and the coffee was amazing
