spa tub was nice

the in room spa tub

i loved the pool

people up stairs were very loud kids running and jumping all day long

the matress was hard. the wifi did not work at all.

there weren't any extra soap or towels for the spa tub

i ended up downgrading but it still had a spa tub so that s what i cared about the most but the first room

the spa wasn't hot

had a second floor room, could hear some kids running, jumping, screaming, laughing, etc above us

working spa baths in the king rooms, but use at your own risk (or clean out yourself before use)

no pool no game room no spa everything advertise amenities were not available

spa didn't work

booked a king bed with spa tub, received room with 2 queen beds and no spa tub

spa tub didn t work when i first got there and they tried to switch our rooms but didn t have

only 2 towels provided in a spa tub room was inadequate, but afraid to ask for more after treatment at check

no hot tub they need to work on cutting down noise from pool area- echoes.

running card for payment we were informed the pool and spa was not functioning

should be a shower in the spa area to cool down in the hot tub

of extra traffic in the parking lot at night

once this covid is over we can all go back to enjoying the pool and hot breakfast

the employee said i can give you oatmeal we have 2 choices, a piece of fruit a granola bar and orange juice

i had three kids waiting several hours to be able to use the pool

i like the fact that they do allow pets

spa bath motor seemed to be struggling to make bubbles

had a spa bath room and the lighting over the tub was great but when the lights on the fan is on and it

the property was easy to find, the lobby is beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the pool and spa tub were

suite was great the only thing that could use some work is the jets in the spa tube were not real strong, but

light above spa didn't work and the tv remote was broken no channel listing to see what channels were available

not easy getting a spot to park , the light above the spa didn't work , vent in room looked like it was going

glad the spa tub was in room as i had wanted

staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

mini shop where we were able to get headache pills without leaving the place, a restaurant and bar plus the room

not having a hot tub in pool area and the pool needs water changed.

would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. pool was cold. hot tub would be nice.

very clean, nice bed. kitchen and bathroom worked well.

room was more like a mini-suite, with a full kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker, and a full-size fridge
