sheets were stained and portions of the spa bath wasnt working properly

husband and i were very displeased with the spa suite, considering we were unable to use the spa

we had got a spa bath and it was amazing

loved the spacious, clean room. the layout with the spa was cute

should have bathroom towels and spa towels

also, i feel like room with spa should have more towels

also the parking lot was full so it was hard to even find a spot to park

breakfast was great

spa tub in room is way to small (not even worth it) total waste of money

room we got had a spa bath and the jets did not work we got there late and left early and still got charged an

reserved the king suit with spa tub and it was a regular room with a tiny tub

bigger spa tub, price, view, amount of towels, beds were not that comfortable, very warm in

pool and spa was closed. no breakfast.

the rooms and halls were very clean the pool was well kept

upgraded to a suite which was nice except it had a patio door and balcony overlooking the indoor pool

and there was beer in the laundry room (the staff room)

hotel was close to the casino and i liked that it had a pool and hot tub

was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, appreciated having a microwave in the room and free shampoo/body

was out of lots of food/drink options, pool was closed the entire weekend, and they wouldn t even allow a late

parking is terrible!!! pool is broke. would ve been nice to been told that whole booking.

additional for parking and not having clear instructions on how to leave with the guest card to get out of

pool out of service, construction ongoing in the lobby and high level of dust and dirt in the

excellent breakfast but i don t think paid parking is appropriate.
