hot tub/spa was not working for the duration of my stay, but was the reason i booked my stay

they have sauna but only for women when spa open at additional charge and valet parking is $45 per day

carpeting, disgustingly stained chair, dust on nightstands and lamps, huge hole in towel, dirty laundry and

they also helped me with an early check in which was greatly appreciated

the place had a terrible odor, kind of like a pet store full of wet chinchillas. the

asked for help in returning rental car and getting shuttle to hotel and staff made it happen in minutes - both

were no towels at the pool so we had to walk up to our rooms soaked and the couch in our room was overly broken

breakfast wasn t available this time due to covid but normally it s great, also

that we weren't able to use the pool.

my children really loved the pool it s not the biggest pool but they loved the fact the water wasn t so

lazy and did not interact much, smelly hallways, had to get extra hotel key to access the pool, spa was empty

the breakfast bar was huge and i was looking forward to it the next morning only to find coffee and two flavors

but the ladies in the laundry room helped out with extra towels and the guy in the morning for quick breakfast

lots of people hanging out in the parking lot around vehicles and there were dogs barking all night

shampoo, durty stairs, no elevator, bad bugs in the room, white towels grey color, no hair dryer, wifi not

the food in the restaurant across the parking lot had very good food at a reasonable price

pool and spa was open, friendly staff, clean room, hot breakfast and location.

snowed 5 inches and the parking lot and side walks were not cleaned properly
