we stayed in a villa and it was lovely to be away from the main hotel and have our own space

spa services were supreme

it was a culture shock to some of the staff and the customers when my party and i entered the spa which made it

easily access the ski resort, the hotel amenities and pool, the timber, ridge waterpark, and the spa fitness

i checked in the room i was given didn't have a fireplace or spa tub , this bothered me so i took my ipad up to

we stayed on the night of the kentucky derby so many people were at the bar and roaming the main house

shower was a bit small (carriage house). bar tenders at night were not very friendly.

the apothecary bar has the best wisconsin old fashions ever

would have been nice to have an on site bar that stayed open past 10:00pm

we also went to the lake geneva safari (5 miles away) and that was super cool for the kids

the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms with the spa tub was lovely

it has free parking so you can leave the car for your whole stay

in the kitchen was a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of roses

there was another note stating the pool and spa were closed due to remodeling

no dislikes with the facility, but they don't offer any pet friendly rooms anymore.

breakfast was free, it's not like you'll get a gourmet breakfast

they claim to be pet friendly but acted aggressive about us having a pet

there was free wifi no one mentioned it at checkin but we weren't there to be sitting on our phones or internet

cozy room with a fireplace

access to wifi was poor. tv options terrible. no phone or clock in room.

parking up close could be designed a bit better

were several knobs including the knobs on the spa tub that were loose or broken

i also booked this hotel because they claimed to have a spa but they do not

beautiful, convenient, lots of parking, good coffee in the room, staff very nice and helpful, great italian

i paid for a resort view room which was a parking lot view with headlights of cars directly in our face

the pool bar staff on saturday afternoon weren t very nice.

was a little noisy the first night. kids roaming the halls till 3 am.

in a quiet neighborhood and offered complimentary breakfast and free parking

our room had someone else s dirty laundry on the floor still

(truly) the indoor pool was a good temp, clean and not crowded with kids

couldn t sleep because our room was om the second floor above the laundry room in the machine make very loud

room was too small spa tub too small..for two pool was only 4'3
