bathrooms are modern spa quality

very spacious room with super comfortable queen bed and sofa bed for our granddaughter in a separate

bill themselves as a fancy spa and conference center - some day this will be a nice place, but the hotel portion

we had an issue at the spa where the three appointments that were booked and confirmed online were somehow

we also took advantage of the spa located behind the inn

breakfast was fabulous

the iris inn is an excellent place the staff,accommodating and the breakfast is the best.

entire esthetics of the main check-in, where some of the rooms are located and breakfast is served in there also

on the website it said that the wifi may be spotty, but i'm pretty sure there are wifi routers in every cabin

lovely spa tub and the restaurant attached to this location serves delicious home cooked food

also there were jets in the tub, and it was so clean that i took advantage of a spa bath

the rooms were spacious and very quiet

the pool and spa area were not very appealing. water was murky and pool was not very nice

the spa was open, but the sauna and the turkish bath were not functioning properly, with low

enough parking spaces, dirty jacuzzi tub, nasty coffee maker, outdated uncomfortable bed, no pillow

there water park price was absolutely insane it has drastically increased with nothing updated

an amazing place for the kids

they allowed an early check in so my son and hubby was safe while i was at the cancer center

the kitchen was very nice with a full size refrigerator

had to move coffee pot over on tv table to plug it in. no outlet on the kitchen counter

called for shuttle from the airport, and was told instead to take a cab, they would pay; the cabbie

family used shuttle service which was nice

no breakfast bar for the price and no free coffee.

the gym was small but the cardio machines were modern and functional

the gym was excellent

laundry room should have a quarter machine - the bistro was somehow always closed - there should be

there was no room service for 3 days

rusty - no notice about any work from the hotel to be prepared elevator did not work 1 day guest laundry did

and i availed of the pay per use laundry facilities, which were really useful for me and handy to have on site
