the fridge didn't work, the jets on the spa tub were dirty

the pool was closed. anyway it was windy the days we spent there.

requested towels the second day of our stay and laundry had one towel and 2 washcloths for 3 of us

the front desk also did not mention that there was wifi or provide a

wifi was down and no access to streaming for televisions, no breakfast provided and the onsite bar/

fact that i was charged before arriving, then my suite spa tub was broken, and i was charged 100$ after i left

pool is not heated, spa is not heated and there is no interior connection between the building where the pool

online later it turns out for what i pd for one night i could of got a rm with 2 bedrm 2 bathes , kitchen and

the king bed was huge and comfy, the spa tub was so relaxing and worth it

pool can get crowded at times with kids splashing and taking over most of the pool

had to pay $20 per person if you wanted the breakfast buffet

rented 2 rooms , my kids room was very cold

comfy. near the highway. the bar downstairs (even though it was closed at the time i stayed)

was outdated and the parking lot was nasty. nowhere local to go out to eat.

there were absolutely no toiletries in my room on check in. not even a bar of soap!!!

the best part about our stay was the spa

didn't eat the food but i definitely would like to try the restaurant and spa during my visit in 2 weeks

the indoor pool and fitness center are excellent, and the spa makes it easy to unwind after a long day
