room was not clean. we had to go get bleach to clean the spa tub.

spa tub(that we clean ourselves) and the bed and pillows were comfortable

how u check guest in the pay almost 400 for 2 rooms n the main suite with spa is filthy i was pissed the front

exit to back parking lot was full of debris yet not barricaded off, very unsafe

attention to detail, pool did not open on time, staff was not on the ball, pool bathrooms were filthy, not

a real wood burning fireplace was a special treat

no working fireplace in the pine lodge

the on-site restaurant is not open for breakfast and at 8:15 am, the staff in the snack bar still had not

there is a lot of parking available and an elevator to upper floors

explainng why i could not have a room with a kitchen

also, someone was bouncing a ball (tennis ball, golf ball, super ball) in the room overhead until i knocked on

on the lobby the pepsi machine, ice machine and laundry all had out of order signs on them

bed was very uncomfortable and the jets didn t work in the spa tub.

indoor pool and spa were nice and a great way for us and our two kids to unwind at the end of the day

like that they had an indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub the staff was very nice and there was a hotel bar and

also, the dinner menu for the restaurant and room service was very limited and had limited options for children

screaming in the pool and fitness areas making them utterly unusable

room was dirty, had a funky smell, half the spa jets did not work, there was leftovers in the refrigerator,

that we could see the tv from the tub to relax and watch a movie/show while enjoying the spa tub
