the service received at the spa was excellent
my friend and i had spa services the next day and a particular product she needed for her wrap they did not
the price for spa treatments was a bit excessive

unhelpful stressed out person at reception wifi - extremely poor
was supposed to be a no smoking room and was indicated on door, but smelled like smoke
