shallow pool and the hotub/spa were perfectly clean, a warm temperature for the winter months and amazing for

room was very spacious. pool was warm and spa was great

there was a 4 step up into the room and the doorway into the spa room was too narrow for a wheelchair

we received a room with a spa that was a surprise and very comfortable

speaker in tv in spa room did not work

having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was an added bonus to a very spacious spa tub

bed was comfy and the spa tub was fabulous

it was very spacious, had a fireplace which we had requested & even a spa bath tub & all amenities included

the server complained that if she put out the cartons that the kids would drink all the milk

food was good, but pancake machine was down so that was a bummer for the kids

was displeased that they advertised a spa tub in the suite, when they haven't had those for two years

very nice, large room, nice pool and gym, enjoyed the the starbucks in lobby for morning coffee.

the kids love to swim even

normally stay here with no issues, however on this stay, kids running up and down halls, yelling, knocking on

the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. the room was nice and the kids loved the pool.

employee servicing the buffet bar on july 14th did an excellent job and was very friendly with the hotel guests
