the restaurant and spa were both excellent

we were so glad we stayed & wished we stayed longer to have a chance to sample the spa & restaurant

i took a massage at the spa and it was wonderful

no details given regarding the spa for example location within hotel and facilities

i thought the price of the spa was too high

there's an odour of chlorinated water in the dining area probably coming from the spa underneath, an issue that

excellence in everything and having spa and gym on site

the suite they gave us was very spacious and the bathroom included its own jazuzzi/bath

the wifi was so slow it was almost impossible to use even in the foyer

wifi was a good connection but it seemed to go on and off at times

breakfast is a bit meagre at 4 for 2 pieces of toast with jam and coffee, but bar on corner walking up from

there was a disruption in the wifi connectivity in the room. otherwise everything was perfect

in this case the closure of the refreshment bar was compensated for by an

hotel, excellent architecture and location, with a wonderful spa one of the best i ve ever experienced

unfortunately we didn't know the spa was a pre booking requirement and cost additional fees

like that the guest couldn't use pool unless they booked the spa was there 5 days and we couldn't use pool no

i wish i had time for the spa but after a day of exploring and dinner it closes at 10pm which i get

wish the spa was open maybe one hour later!

the spa bath didn't work but thats a minimal complaint, the bathroom was great with excellent hot water

the rooms are a good size and we had his and hers sinks and a spa bath

we found the dinner and bar menus a bit eclectic, with some curious mixtures of tastes

mini kitchen with microwave and single stove + small fridge in family suite

wifi, walking distance from the centre of toledo, parking space available for free just in front

quiet location; only a five-minute walk (or ten with small kids) into the old city

the bar /cafe which was part of the building was great , lots of ambience from local people

the place was extra clean, spacious, the guys in the reception - fantastic, the bar downstairs - handy and

wifi has good strength
