the room was great with the spa bath

spa tub was big enough to fit 2 bodies

the free shuttle service was greatly appreciated

scheduling for spa and entertainment hours was not well advertised or made known

restaurants and spa services were closed.

only thing that kinda was a bummer is the ice spa is not open

little scramble at check in and no information about tge hotel amenities parking spa restaurants bars ect

the spa was great and the room was beautiful. we enjoyed the house wine.

i liked the spa tub in our room.

wifi was a little weak in our room but not really an issue for us

the gym was just a dirty room with an elliptical and a couple of weights and foam puzzle pieces on

the ladies in tbe spa area downstairs really stood out

location in anchorage downtown, very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms

room service breakfast eggs were cold and the sausage was very unappetizing

for some than others) but the big surprise was the complimentary access to a full fitness and spa club just

we were told that because we were staying for long enough we could use the spa at hotel next door

sign posted above the hot tub stated the hours for the spa were until midnight

kids in pool area too loud and not monitored so we didn't stay long at all

also there is no coffee bar available in the hotel, the closest is across the street

,but my children and their friends love the pool the new kids room and the breakfast most of

are now trying to charge for parking

so the spa was not

spa wasn't working. felt more clinical than family. restaurant was more a cafeteria.

overall, the location, staff, pool, room service/restaurant and rooms are great.

fitness center was not open due to covid, but thats understandable.

there is a pool and spa that is great to use after a long day

rooms and beds / nice and clean / close to airport / pool and spa area

the same day) due to canceled travel due to avalanche, they managed to fit us in and gave us an early check in

the hotel also has an airport shuttle and bistro

comfy beds, clean room, bar and bistro a few min from airport!

being so close to the airport and having shuttle service made my trip so much easier
