nature spa amenities were not available for use even though they were explicitly listed as available

at each step, the feeling grew; walk into the main common area to a cozy bar lounge and fireplace

we were there during a blackout caused by a huge storm, the host lined the bar with candles and provided everyone

they were still waiting for their licence when we got there but did have mini bar in the room and the hot

was a little sad that the bar was closed on saturday, no firepits active etc

distance between the parking/dining and lodging has a bit of a hill and is difficult for people with limited

there's a self-serve bar in the farmhouse but it only had canned wine (which is not typically good) and had

we wished that room service was an option

bath house was nice, i feel it could have been a bit bigger, the outdoor pool definitely should be kept running

i wish the pool was all season

we didn't do any spa activities because they were very expensive

spa staff was a bit rude

i loved the location! scenery was beautiful and the resort and spa was nice itself

pool was being repaired during stay and some of the spa features advertised on the website are permanently out

coffee in the morning, great view of the waterfall and parking is provided for each room

first room we were given had amazing windows everywhere, but overlooked the parking lot where everyone was coming

the bar and restaurant located in the mansion has a tranquil and romantic mood setting for couples

the pool and spa is also very nice

i was very much looking forward to use the steam room and the spa the casino was mot interesting for

number to contact you i wanted to get credit for third night i was so bored here the pool and spa is closed

although i didn t have time to utilize the spa and pool area, i walked around and it seemed cute and relaxing

pool was very cold. beds are very firm.

sauna use without an extra $60 fee and no locker rooms for the pool also without a $60 fee

bar was nice, didn't use it, the person at check in ran my card 7 times, each time it said

i didn't like the fact that the pool table's accessories were not up too par; chalk,lack of a rack and multi

23 year old daughter and i enjoyed the meditation sessions and spa facilities
