we still enjoyed the spa bath aside the color of the water

the spa bath was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and warm

chose this facility based on the availability of an in room spa tub

reserved a room thinking it was a spa suite due to the website having false advertisement

the spa tub looks great and works well but the water is pretty yellow so not very inviting

spa was down whole reason i booked there even called to make sure they had a hot rub before i

the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the pool a goid temperature

parking lot was a little small

adherence to my request for parking in their lot for a few days without charge

lived hot tub and breakfast was great

staff and the breakfast was good

tiffany made some delicious pork chops and omelettes for breakfast

the pool was clean and felt great

pet room was very clean except it stunk like dirty dog the carpeting needs to be shampooed once in

good wifi from where our room was

i loved the spa tub and the location. the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful!

were sorry that the pool/spa was not open, due to yearly maintenance

pool, spa atmosphere.

i liked the rooms service and the hot spa and everything else i would come back to stay there

it was amazing very spacious and clean

i wanted spa but did not see it even though the advert says there is

floor 3, above me, the family allowing their kids to run the halls long after midnight.

the bedroom was separate from the living areas. the kitchen was large.

lots of space for the kids. extra bedding in closet was very helpful

staff was amazing , the beds were comfortable and the place was clean and had games pool noodles grill area ect

pop served till 9:30 a.m for breakfast only.
