so the spa was not

spa wasn't working. felt more clinical than family. restaurant was more a cafeteria.

customer service i received from the shuttle driver to the staff checking me in and out

24 hour coffee and good handicap parking

sign posted above the hot tub stated the hours for the spa were until midnight

i honestly think he is the reason we will be returning with our kids soon

great breakfast

breakfast was great also used laundry was very handy for our trip.

add in two free drinks upon arrival and a free breakfast (including cooked to order) and you can't ask for much

rooms and beds / nice and clean / close to airport / pool and spa area

there is a pool and spa that is great to use after a long day

there's no camera outside the parking, wish you guys have some just in case anything happened

incident with the female staff talking rudely for no reason i was clean quiet nd kept to myself n kids

everyone works with what they've got cheap and easy close to airport 24 hour shuttle i got a late check out as

was not clean, noise from above, probably kids running around, no bath mat, room way too hot 80 degrees

clean; nicely appointed rooms breakfast at pipers is what keeps us coming back shuttle service fast and

staff was amazing to help with a late check out cause my flight was mid day

very close to airport. good food and laundry services. staff were great and very friendly

due to covid, the spa was not open and they had a policy of not cleaning the room until your third day

scheduling for spa and entertainment hours was not well advertised or made known

didn't like that the other parking lot wasn't plowed very well because i got stuck, and when i went to get coffee

overpriced. pool was closed. parking was $30 a day, on top of overpriced rooms

for some than others) but the big surprise was the complimentary access to a full fitness and spa club just

we were told that because we were staying for long enough we could use the spa at hotel next door

looks kinda lame on the outside but the rooms are great, nice beds, kitchenette

facilities are clean, spacious, and you get a kitchenette

location in anchorage downtown, very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms

i love the kind friendly staff from housekeeping to the crow s best brunch and spa personnel.
