pool was amazing

some non classy guests and too many loud kids in the pool

wish there was more communication from waitstaff at the 3 places i went kitchen, cafe and rooftop on whether or

tuscan kitchen was amazing i really enjoyed the food and drinks, our wait staff was amazing

said i had a spa tub but was informed not all rooms had one after checking in

the mexican restaurant/ bar was pretty good and not too expensive

great staff, clean, kids eat free. great breakfast. 2 pools, both very nice

friendly staff and great breakfast and restaurant connected to the hotel

$15 per person for a continental breakfast is a bit crazy.

room service knocked on my door at 8am on sunday to clean, even though we had the do not disturb

the pool was clean and quiet and the whole hotel and experience was the best

this meant no pool or lobby breakfast area

also my partner almost got robbed in the back parking lot as no cameras

the room service was great, and the entire staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly

it s beautiful, spacious, quiet and cozy

i wish i had more time and energy to get into the spa services as i like to excercise at the gym

water park not having towels the kids were freezing shaking crying because there was no clean

hotel employee was brilliant at the front desk . pool and gym were a welcomed addition

the beds were very comfortable and there's plenty to do especially with the water park.

the room was great the spa tub was wonderful

when we got there, the room wasn t cleaned, had someone else s belt still left there and the spa didn t

i loved the spa tub in my room and the beautiful windows with a view of the witch house across the street

i booked a suite room with a spa, and the spa was quite nice, though a bit outdated, and by that i mean it

shower/spa tub should have a grab bar to make it easier to get in and out of the tub for seniors

the spa as i timed it took nearly 45 minutes to fill
