having the fabulous ummelina spa adjoining the hotel was wonderful so we didn't have to go out on the street

facility is dated and could use an upgrade, including the pool and hot tub

room service and breakfast were great!

staff was extremely friendly and my kids loved the waffles for breakfast

on weekends due to insufficient staffing and breakfast was a grab and go box because their kitchen is

no spa tub in my room when there was supposed to be

t like that when i booked the room i read that i was getting the executive king room with a spa tub but when

was wanting a room with spa tup and didn't get that

i got an executive suite because it stated it had a spa tub total lie

didn t get the room we booked which was with a spa bath

spa was too hot

pool and spa way too cold. could not use.

everything was great except the spa was way to hot

breakfast was included and the place is pet friendly (our dog got a complimentary water dish and treats)

loved the pool and hot tube is amazing
