spa was out of commission, as was the elevator

i was going to get a jet tub and have the ultimate spa experience

staff was very friendly and breakfast was so good also i love that the pool is 24 hrs

a room with the spa and there was only one towel

other resident was very loud and kids was stomping all night

people sleeping in cars on the parking lot when my wife asked to buy a soda in the morning the lady at the

parking area was littered with trash; wooden fencing was in deplorable condition

the parking lot is well lit up.. very clean rooms, parking lot and lobby

how big the room was and the spa bathtub!

pool and spa could have better upkeep

primarily chose this hotel because it had a bar but the bar closed at 10 pm

location was great, ample parking, great amenities, friendly and informative staff.

return to normal and stop this covid nonsense... open your bar and restaurant.

breakfast should have some boiled eggs, yogurt, and other protien

nice rooms and comfortable bed. pool and hot tub was great.

kids running and being loud upstairs. slamming doors off and on all night. kept waking me up.

we were disappointed to learn the hot tub was broken, the pool was too cold, the wifi kept going out as did

they told me it was a spa free breakfast phone service and a pool at this hotel the day before i got it when i

spa tub was amazing i m from dallas and these rooms are hard to find at a decent price.

booked the king spa bath room and were given double queen room then we were moved into king room without spa

they were remodeling the pool .. which we didn t find out until after we paid for the room..

they waved the pet fee due to us being evacuated for hurricane

provided to the polar express event, as well as the little activities the given set up for the kids after they

i was verbally assaulted in the parking lot by a woman who repeatedly screamed at me because she thought i didn

public, when we got to our room which was 120 at the end of the property, we noticed there was a space heater

convenient for our journey and cheap as chips! parking was outside room, and plenty of it.

the guest wifi worked excellent the password and network information was printed on the card key holder

it also smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room
