that covid-19 makes their real nice pool closed. but in these times you can't do much

wifi weak

friendliness of the staff, clean and quiet room, plenty of parking, location

there was some work being done outside under the canopy and through the parking area that had a pretty deep

the wifi didn t reach to my room and i wanted a weekend away to play video games and enjoy myself

she tried to help with the wifi issue

wifi was not available from my room, the smell, and i had to wait over a hour to get my room after

we booked the room to have a kids birthday party so they could swim and use room to cool off and take breaks

looks good and friendly safe for kids to play and good people.

the area was safe and convenient. parking right in front of room. free wifi. decently clean.

had to purchase a separate wifi hot spot and pay an additional $55 a month for service to be able to work on

guests need to learn to control their kids my kids couldn’t have fun in the pool because they would splash

lots of outlets but several didn't work. coffee maker didn't work. no parking near doors.

the pool wasn t heated. but my kids still loved playing in a pool in the middle of winter!!

it was cold out - room was warm but restaurants, pool, common areas were very

liked everything overall and enjoyed our time with our kids swimming and hanging out by the fire

the covid-19 managed pool was not managed well

get a spot bc we went on a weekend and the game room is a rip off so there's nothing to keep kids entertained
