the spa and shower if i had to pick something we liked.
there was no hot water for the spa tub or the shower
i originally liked that they had spa suites but once i got to see it no way!
the shower ud83dudebf never got hot and the spa tub didn't get hot
this was a bit better looking until we tried the spa tub and then there was no hot water

the pool and spa looks nice.
pool and gym were closed
no free breakfast due or gym due to covid yet face masks aren t enforced and gyms around the hotel are open
kids loved the swimming pool
pool hours were a little late, 10pm, 9pm would probably be better

bed comfortable. spa tub was amazing and well worth the money. made our honeymoon much better.

mold/cracked caulk in spa tub. didn t use it for that reason. bed was too firm for my taste.

lots of parking, and a quiet location.
my only complaint was that the wifi was a little slow.
chairs outside at pool we re all dirty and the ac from rooms dripped on me while sitting outside at pool
ii loved just about everything the quality was great friendly staff, great pool.
breakfast not really served due to virus. cereal, bagels and toast nothing cooked. acceptable.

pool wasnt large enough
the breakfast was excellent and love the option of refilling personal water cups versus ice bucket
then the 'free wifi' was non-existent
wifi is awful. very slow
breakfast is the best that we have ever seen, and we travel a lot

bathrooms were dirty. it did not include a spa bathtub in either room.
the spa was booked out for weeks which didn t make sense for a resort and spa
stayed in bathtub after shower, stopper wouldn't stay up, false advertising, told me there was spa tib
we loved the pool and walk way to the lake.
