poor ventilation in casino, due to not doing anything about all the smoking

we lost in the casino!

add the lack of amenities, paying for wifi (which i've never had to do as a customer at any other hotel), and

the walk from the parking lot to the hotel was a little long for us, but we made it.

there wasnt a spa tub in my room as said in description of the room bed were a little uncomfortable for my wife

breakfast and coffee bar was almost entirely accessible and the staff was willing to help with

the breakfast was very limited due to the pandemic

pool and hot tub amazing

pool was way too cold to swim but the staff did warn me before we went

no spa. don't say spa and have no hot tub

there is an indoor and outdoor pool available

nice comfortable rooms and i also enjoyed the bar area.

in the room, we had a physically broken tv (not just electrical), and a spa that wasn't usable due to plumbing

traveled 5 hours with an excited little boy to go swimming, never seen anywhere that the pool was gonna be closed

bath door needs to be oiled or a bar of soap rubbed in the joints of the hinges
