priced, filthy, spa tub and sink stopper not working, no screens on windows, uncomfortable bed with soiled linens

the spa tub in the room did not work

the spa tub jets didn't work for us and the bathroom door didn't close properly

parking was conveniently located right outside the room, making it easy to unload and access our

room had a nice kitchen area and a very comfortable bed

good simple breakfast arrangement good parking

friendly staff, cleanliness and the continental breakfast.

the breakfast was enjoyable and very clean and the breakfast lady was lovely

they charge a $75 pet fee that was not mentioned anywhere in the website

the breakfast part was our favourite it gave us the vibe like we were in carribean holiday

urine and feces off our bathroom floor and you could literally feel the scum and grime in the spa tub

parking lot and parking spaces could be cleared of snow and ice better during the winter

pool is one, tennis court is another

i liked the fact that there was a fridge and microwave. the wifi was very good also.

the wifi was a little weak/slow

it was dirty, smelled bad, and the pool/spa area was closed

wifi asked for a password but there was no password so couldn't get on wifi

download the app honk which allows you to pay and top up your parking from wherever you are

we had a room with a spa suite which was excellent and huge in size

has a jetted tub too; this was confusing because i booked such a room and it did not have a spa in our room

i always stay here when visiting my kids at queens. great location, quiet, clean, friendly.

my kids were disappointed as they were excited when i told them that the hotel that booked is with a

beds, spacious cosy room, friendly staff, plenty of parking space, nice restaurant and bar on

details in my room and throughout the inn, great breakfasts (menu changes daily), wonderful spa services and

enjoyed a spa treatment which was divine

room was very clean, the staff very friendly and polite, and the included breakfast was fantastic

beautiful, comfy bed, fireplace, great breakfast, excellent host!

in the kitchen was fantastic and went the extra mile dealing with an allergy and even provided us with

beautiful location and pet friendly

the pet fee is the highest i have ever seen. i probably wona ? ? t be staying here in the future
