smelled bad; traffic noise was very loud; felt unsafe; phone & wifi did not work; in december-room was cold;

parking lot not paved properly

i was driving to texas and had booked this hotel to rest since it was pet friendly

parking lot needs to be sealed.

location to reach memphis for a fair price: parking, highspeed wifi and close to food place

one of our kids slept on the floor and the other in the bath tub

there should be a place for guests to stay with pets

i ordered room service twice and food arrived quickly, hot and very high quality, impressive

modern. service was excellent -restaurant staff, front desk, room service.

could still get food from bar and tons of restaurants close by

they have preserved the history of the hotel but added modern conveniences l(spa and indoor pool)

my stay and spa was just so amazing i wish that i had more time off work to stay another night

hotel is always fabulous, this time we tried the spa, feathers, and it was amazing

atmosphere of every part of the hotel was so inviting'from the restaurants, shops, spa and beautiful bar area,

we had massages just steps away from the lobby at harbor town spa and the price and services were excellent

took lyft all over -city parking is bad

wifi. was very poor.

the only thing that could have been better is that the wifi was basically non-existent.

the room was so big and elegant. loved the spa tub! the balcony was awesome as well.

pet fee is ridiculously expensive

the shuttle to and from graceland was great

called down to the front desk, i had asked for a blanket and was told the laundry was closed

room smelt,and wifi was not assessible

breakfast no laundry service could not do laundry there had to go to a laundromat the place was dirty bedspread

the laundry room smelled of stale urine, cannot recommend and would never stay

the bed was so comfortable felt like sleeping on clouds. big breakfast for family.

the breakfast was awful.

the wifi was really choppy and unstable which made it difficult to work from the hotel

clean room and had guest laundry facilities was a bonus.
