stayed in a cabin because we had our dog and it was nice to walk around and see the lake, goats, pool area, etc

parking lot a little dark at night and a little secluded where i had to park

motel is pet friendly which is fine with me, but heard several dogs barking this past trip

by the time i got there it was 12:30 am and there wasn t any parking as there are two huge truck trailers in

spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, and pet-friendly.

had issues,kitchen had just of enough utensils it could have been where i didn't see it but no bakeware and

of course, it is recovering from the devastation from hurricane helene, so sadly, no spa or beach yet

pricey being the spa wasn t open or restaurant because of damage.

i wish the spa had been open, but due to damage from the hurricane, it hasn't reopened.

liked the uniqueness of the place, the history, antique decor and spa bath salts

the in room spa needs a step to make it easier to get into.

i stayed several days, i had a hard time getting my room serviced because of the timing of my spa visits

pet fee was low compared to other chains

trees in parking lot dropping squishy berries all over car everyday

did not get a chance to try their spa but it was cozy and the people were so nice

hotel as a whole was well maintained and designed. restaurant and spa on site.

this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

need a men's locker room with whirlpool, showers-- more spa like

was disappointed that we couldn t get an appointment for spa treatment, nor could we do a wine tasting

the spa was a bit small and cramped.

in the hotel were amazing and love the big fireplace and live piano player in the library bar at night

i took the hand soap from the kitchen the next day because it was a hassle to get the soap out of the tub
