room was ragged, smoke detector was hanging off of the wall, faucet on spa tub leaked, i reported these things

we had the king room with spa and it was great.

spa tub was a little dirty i had to reclean with my own product

hair was in the spa tub

com didn't send in the right room reservation so they had me in a king suite but not the spa suite

even though the hotel was almost completely booked, the pool was not crowded, and the breakfast room was well

breakfast bar was good included a variety of options

the staff was nice, the bed was comfy place was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

that killed the whole breakfast experience for me

indoor pool was exceptionally clean

lots of loitering in the parking lot and loud guests

couldn t get in the pool

clean the bedroom clean and the kitchen clean the staff with very nice!!ud83dude01

pool water was not clean

not enough parking.
