spa staff was rude and pushy and i got the most expensive horrible pedicure ever and not worth it

the indoor pool was closed for remodeling

rooms were quiet despite having a casino nearby

very long walk for my disabled father from the parking lot to the actual building

had talked with staff long before booking asking for spa pamphlets

they also have a five star spa on location

besides the high room rate, the resort charge and my bar bill, this place that i had been longing to stay at

it was extremely disappointing that they do not have a shuttle service to and from airport no spa facilities

is probably the tenth time i stay at the inn and spa at loretto, it is my favorite hotel in santa fe

in the past water and wifi were free; now it s all packaged with parking for a high daily price to make you

all night or last night called the office and they said don't worry it will stop next there is no spa or bathtubs

i would have liked a hot tub on property. the spa was at a different location.
