spa facilities and restaurants are the best i've seen

the beach and pool

incredible property, rooms, pool and beach all fantastic

the restaurant was bias with dining in for me and my spouse. forced us to do room service.

the tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and

the spa was not working and the elevators would not work at times

the hotel needs a little bit of a facelift , in particular the basement where the gym and spa are is very musty

a couple of small things like the kitchenette didn t have dishwasher soap and, at the moment, there s no

room service should be daily. here only every three days.

of room service, rooms weren t cleaned daily nor there weren t clean towels daily we had to use

excellent and accommodating staff, charming public areas, lovely rooftop plunge pool and spa tub

cruises in port, we could not get a seat for dinner time, although we could have hung out at the bar later in

first night was a bit noisy, just some drunk people from a bar few building away, but all together it was

we were overcharged a small amount by zen spa and it s been over a week since our stay and we haven t been

i booked a 55 min massage at their spa for my birthday

zen spa was also great, relaxing and the therapists very helpful

there s also a spa on that floor as well

the parking is not free as advertised and i was woken up by a guest yelling in the parking lot because

the spa is located off the main property, and so is the fitness center - a couple of minutes of walk

hotel has nice amenities such as a spa, several on-site restaurants and the staff were excellent

great views, the best and safest private beach of any san juan hotel, rocks break waves, creates pool

wish the bar on the main level was open more ambiance and music

my kids loved the water slide.

multiple pools and a swim up bar is a plus

of the hotel control with covid but had to make reservations for the pool or gym

verbiage at spa discounts is confusing.
