loved the pool and the beds and pillows were wonderful and the lady working the breakfast was awesome to talk

the breakfast lady was also very friendly and helpful

had people above us with kids and the issue was only how loud they were at all hours of the day and night

side door off of the parking lot did not automatically close completely

parking, the location, and the furnishings in the room were all nice

beautiful park near by with lots of trails and all kinds of kids activity centres

no cars in parking lot(wonder why) ,so if it looks this bad on the outside i will not step into the inside

cleanliness, bed, pillows, bedding, linens, parking lot, noise levels, smokers,

pool was not open. room service was unavailable due to covid.

the restaurant and bar staff was great the food was good

location near mall and the running trail right beside it. also the gym was good.

the entrance to the parking lot was in a weird spot in relation to an intersection
