the pool was stained

the wifi was poor and we found the mattresses on the beds not very comforatble.

parking was closer to our room

pool amazing especially with the small kids pool attached.

the facilities such as gym, spa, pool were nice

your spa was booked - obviously a good problem to have!!

poor breakfast selection and if you want to go to the spa you need to book well in advance

we were only there for one night so we didn t use any of the facilities (spa etc)

no meals were available and we forgot to look at the spa centre, parking is easy, just across the road

'loft' room was very nice and the tub spa enjoyable

spa bath turned on every 15 min once used over and over no sign to say how to prevent this

after 10 calls the kitchen worker/chef answered the phone and came and unlocked the door

it s much more than we expected-downstairs is a sitting room and kitchen that is stocked with everything one

kitchen on the lower level fairly well equipped

very spacious unit, very clean, the kids liked the jacuzzi.
