in room gas fireplace & soaking tub in our spa suite was excellent

we had the loft spa suite which was fabulous

the parking was a little dark for my liking

the pool had no water and obviously hadn t had any for a long time

very nice room and quite clean, chairs outside with a table, good parking

friendly staff, decent size rooms, parking at door, rockers to sit in outside. clean room

pet friendly, the river, the bed, and hottub the staff was so accommodating and nice

found some pet hair on one of the comforters. not a huge deal.

i especially appreciated the spa tub in the room

we rented the room with a spa and they didn't have enough hot water to even fill the tub

the spa tub was amazing and love that we could opened the window just enough to get the fall crisp air

loved the bath tub spa very good hot water and very very good water pressure it was our honeymoon and we were

a positive note, the spa was absolutely wonderful everything from the jacuzzi to the hot tea and cozy

staff was great the spa is great

they had no day passes for the spa facilities

can be quite pricey as are options for the spa and shops within the resort but this is to be expected for on

bar none the best outdoor walking experience i've ever seen

spa not up to par....minimal jet action...but was still relaxing.

i couldn't connect to the wifi after trying several times, on my phone and computer

property was great , the rooms were clean the staff was very nice , the breakfast was tasty

very nice stay,. nice and clean. pool and jacuzzi was clean. cute little towns nearby.

also, the laundry room was

not a huge issue for us but not a good thing for someone with kids

the pool was clean and everything was just how i expected to be

no wifi connection but was fixed by morning.

tough finding parking some nights...maybe due to a tree cutting crew staying at the time

stole my license plate during the night when my car was parked in their parking lot

the wifi wasn't working in my room
