wish the pool was open was looking forward to the indoor pool and spa but hey maybe next time

the pool and spa was down and we wasn t informed of it before hand

were awful, bed was hard, spa was closed, only door you could enter was the front, ice machine on second floor

room was supposed to have a spa tub but it didnt when i brought it to thier attention they wanted to charge $7

spa tub was disgusting and they charged for everything

spa room is next to a guy who lives there and is always drunk he screamed and yelled and threatened

the side of the spa tub was broken off and the tv is too low for the bed you can hardly see it laying down

the room itself looked nice minus the broken spa tub panels.

saw german roach crawling on wall in hall the pool was not clean had a greenish cloudy tint

everything ,the pool, is convenient to everywhere .

did not do breakfast. coffee was good and fresh.

property was clean, the breakfast was nice but the best thing was the staff

also, the spa bath that was a bonus to the room smelled like rotten eggs and spit out a bunch of dirt when

was hoping the pool and jacuzzi would be ready but they weren't, and it's understandable with covid-19

the parking lot ,odor to pipi the room nasty with roachs in the middle of the night woke up my pillow

i was verbally assaulted in the parking lot by a woman who repeatedly screamed at me because she thought i didn

stay here every time we come to texas the front desk always remember us and they bring our pool towels right

breakfast due to covid was packaged muffins and coffee, teas

none of the fitness equipment worked. sososo disappointed.

for the pool you have to go outside, that is dangerous for females and kids

had a good variety and selection each morning & the pool was nice and clean with a good temperature along with

how big the room was and the spa bathtub!

parking

parking was great even had covered parking and getting around town was great the staff even gave us

primarily chose this hotel because it had a bar but the bar closed at 10 pm
