for a pool key mix up i was called stupid and and idiotic for misplacing a pool plastic card multiple

bad electrical wiring (hazardous), overflowing toilet, no tv in the master bedroom, bugs on kitchen counter,

on the most beautiful beach with a restaurant right there and i really cool bar on the

the pool bar , caribbean fish market and sangrias bistro were all 2 min walk max and staffed by people who

and i are in good shape b/c climbing three flights of stairs to and from our room [y-143] to the pool/beach

no room service, no pool service , hard to get around with all construction going on

this makes me think that the kitchen is prepping things without caution and could really do damage to someone

amenities, villa size and very comfortable beds, beach and pool as well as the restaurant, amazing view from

cost way to much spa is over priced bad will not do that again just everything in general way

that we didnt get anything covered, the restaurants & drinks were very pricey & being that the spa was not open

the only other issue we had was with the staff from the spa

should have a coffee bar in the lobby and having to go to the store and wait in line for a half hour to get a

we came to the pool late (4:30-5pm) i guess, we were told we couldn t order off of the pool party menu

breakfast was a generous and stylishly presented continental breakfast

the rose hour and breakfast in bed every morning was an unexpected surprise

parking situation is bad

wished that the spa had been open would have loved to go

we were right off of the pool and hot tub area, but also had a view of the beach from our patio door

pool needs to clean better

we loved the kitchen and its appliances, including the dishwasher

the children loved the pool and the playground

the casino, spa and gift shop is not open and the free shuttle they promise is non existent

and shops quick response from staff for extra towels and bedding needed convenient luggage store pool and

i love the comfort of the rooms and the open bar in the night.

the room service was not given until the last day and it was after 4:30 that we were already in the

poor quality bathroom/ activity, restaurant and no laundry

cure spa was perfect even though independent but on property

no pool, gym or spa but they are building them currently

wish they had been a gym

we only ate breakfast once, but it was weary good

find a few beach towels for us to use while we waited (but kudos to the young man who went to the laundry to

restaurant/pool bar/ market working hours, no gym
