pool/spa & includes breakfast

the indoor pool and spa were the reason i booked and they didnt fail to be great for my family

the pool was busy and the spa had foam in it

good value, pool was nice, spa was nice, room was clean and service was good.

the breakfast room tables were always sticky. no spa to relax in and pool was so far away

reserved a room with 2 queens and a spa tub

gym equipment was not functional. breakfast was below standard.

little awkward parking but, it s also secure which makes it worth it

nice room with fully functional equipments for a reasonable price, secured parking is a great value

the kitchen had a lot of cockroaches

for a cheaper price elsewhere we could've had ocean front beach access and a spa tub

bathroom came with a large spa tub, which was nice except this was where the only shower was located so it was

the breakfast was perfection and the coffee flowed like the river it should!

after a quick search for places that except pets (as we were with our german shepherd) we came across the carter

thought i was getting the room with the spa tub in the room not the bathroom, but i probably over looked that

expensive stay for generic spa tub. preexisting hole in bathroom door.

i paid for king room with spa tub but there was only a shower

the bathtub was fantastic with a nice wide bar for the shower curtain, and some yummy smelling soaps

barely connect to wifi in first room so staff member happily moved us to one with better reception

we had a long wait for our room service we ordered

when there are so many rooms available, i had to be placed right next to the thoroughfare between parking lot

i worried about parking my car at other hotels

no robe for spa need spa until midnight my wife said her side of bed was not vlean

got a spa tub in our room

the spa tub was small and breakfast was not so well

pool and spa were very clean and comfortable

this was a fabulous room with a spa bath in the room. very spacious and clean. exceptional

only thing was no pool or spa due to repairs....oh well!

the rooms and facilities, including the pool and spa zone, are all quite old and worn out

the drain doesn't always stay plugged in the spa tub

the spa was clean, hot and relaxing, and the grounds were lush

spa in cottage #4 was advertised as private and en-suite but you actually do need to go outside and

put a main door to secure spa & living quarters.

would have been nice to know about the spa would have brought bathing suits

the spa cottage was lovely and so nice after a day in the redwoods or on the beach
