forced to take a smoking room

the breakfast was good and the service was great.thank you

his pool closed at 7pm i didn't get off from work til 9pm so my kids only got 1 hour of pool time

we loved parking the car right in front of our room

breakfast was small-ish, but had options

the pictures were exactly like the room, spa tub and all. even down to the same type of bedding.

only problem we had was the room we wanted was a smoking room but when we got in it the air didn't work

it was cheap. i liked the wood floors in a pet friendly hotel.

were dirty, walls were dirty, little black pet hairs on the fitted sheet, ice bucket had food in it , no air in

the staff and pool where great and the room was a good price

dog trained in diabetic alert situations yet i was still told that i would be responsible for a pet fee

had to request an iron not enough towels. no closet. no laundry

wifi is available, the tv wouldn t work at all due to no wifi, they don t have any towels, hand

the spa tub outside was broken

the hotel is right next to the highway and has ev chargers

having ev charging is why i booked this - tesla model 3.

nice beds and pool

pool area was not kept clean

bed where too high and didnt have a spa like all the other holiday inn hotels i have stayed in

this hotel does not have a spa tub as advertised.

booked a room that was advertised with a large spa tub, and was the sole reason for booking this hotel

when i booked the room it was listed as having a spa tub, the room didn't have it

pool stayed out of order most of our trip and the breakfast wasn't good

the breakfast staff was so nice and polite.

restrooms no wifi for the price it didn t meet the expectations i assumed i d get!

price paying extra for parking and breakfast all together it's pricey

convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was walking distance for sightseeing downtown

hotel was only 18% occupied and they put a family with screaming kids in the adjoining room next to ours at

the spa was amazing

spa was the best, and to have access all day to all the facilities is a big bonus

really enjoyed the spa and the ability to watch netflix in the room

the pool, jaccuzi, spa and fitness center are also great

the spa is amazing, was surprised it was separate for men and women feel this needs to be stated more

charging stations in all bedrooms & living room, spacious unit, hot tub, & swimming pool
