the pool room was kinda cold (the pool was warm, though)

pool was cold and poll room full of junk and no hot tub like in pictures .

hotel is pet friendly, we saw probably 10 different dogs during our stay

the front desk agent (owner i think) opened pool early for kids

people were hanging out in the parking lot and hall ways wit lots of children

kids got rashes from swimming

not a lot of help regarding room service stuff

had to ask for pool towels

loved the restaurant and bar inside the hotel

being on the water. restaurant, bars, pool, outdoor seating. boat slips.

and towels, not worth booking at all, very expensive place to stay without any services, also the spa is dirty

courteous and efficient, reasonable prices, clean rooms. pool water clean & spa clean too.

the pool was also nice, had a big spa which we enjoyed

parking was spacious. clean rooms. quiet. nice restaurants nearby.
