the breakfast was very good

biggest issue was the poor wifi connection

tv is a bit small, no channels what so ever hardley, wifi was ok

to stay, very cute setting excellent communication and service by fiona simple and convenient parking

the price, when i was booking, was to include a $200 bonus to the spa downstairs

best location, very comfort room, very supportive staff, excellent gym and swimming pool.

the wifi was not good and i had to use data from my phone.

we didn't know we had been booked in a room dominated by a spa we would never use.

i run a busy spa and attention to those details make an huge difference

only issue we had was that there were no parking spaces when we arrived but after we spent time at brackley

room, comfortable beds, room was really clean, nice pool and gym, location, staff good price for downtown

there is a pool and beverages in the foyer 24 hours a day plus in the rooms

great big king bed with a fireplace & tub that we didn't use but the separate bath and shower suited us fine

the wifi was too weak to properly run the smart tv

breakfast was exceptional

the property was immaculately clean and offered us a laundry service, which was much appreciated

the room was huge and had a jacuzzi and a fireplace and although we were there for work it felt like a nice

we specifically picked out the room we did because it had an in-room spa bath

it wasn t that clean sheets were stained and the spa tub was small

and loved the ample parking and right outside your room

i needed a inexpensive base to be able to work from that had a kitchenette unit

it was pet friendly

laundry and bed not clean.

the in room kitchenette was very handy for some suppers on my

friendly workers! assisted with laundry.

had to pay for shuttle to airport before office open

we enjoyed it, free wifi was available too

the text messages from her son were helpful in collecting my grandchildren's left laundry bag

close to a beautiful beach and restaurant as well as a number of golf courses

laundry facilities were unacceptable, unhealthy(mould), inefficient, dryer broken and no clothes

spa idea was unique but only being there a short time sadly we didn t get to use it

are great, bed super comfortable, spa was nice as well, short walk to ocean and all staff super

of noise from check-in and the open-air concept included the second floor resource center and the bar space &

parking lot wasn t paved, so pretty muddy
