the pool and spa are a bonus

nice heated pool but the spa was closed. breakfast was ok.

and hanging from ceiling i found a dirty sock between the wall and the top mattress pool was okay spa was okay

i loved my spa tub in my room. i also loved the breakfast.

grandkids loved the pool, while grandma liked having a dryer available for wet suits!

in-room spa jets were incredibly weak but by that time we were settled in for the night

pool open late, big jacuzzi, with kids pool. also hotel was very quiet.

got woke up in the middle of the night to kids yelling.glow sticks were in hot tub an in pool

pool area was outdated and dingy water was cooler couldn t find the button for the spa jets

we loved the hotel, pool area is great, although no kids under 16 are allowed in the spa but nobody is checking

the breakfast was good, the room was very clean. the spa was nice.

man who kept the breakfast area was spectacular

staff always help you and treat you with respect, also include breakfast and coffee 24/7 and the wifi, i recommend

the room had a water leak from the spa tub that was there last year

they didn't have a inside pool in the hotel and no laundry room.

was pleasantly surprised with the space and layout of the room we booked

even though it was connected to splash lagoon and there were lots of kids, we enjoyed a peaceful quiet stay

to keep up with front desk duties & work the breakfast area and one evening they were doing laundry and front

breakfast,,pool,, hot tub,,jet tub,,soft bed,,, kitchen ette,,,

disappointing that the complimentary airport shuttle only operates from 10am mon to fri

pool areas were not what i expected

housekeeping would not come with me in room even though it was a suite and i could leave the kitchen area

that it was winter when we went and i couldn t take advantage of the outside pool!
