kids running around the entire hallway yelling and screaming being loud at 7 in the morning

getting out at 415a with two young kids and to the airport for our flight couldn't have worked out better

hotel is great! and front desk & room service & restaurante staff were all fantastic.

we’re trying to relax in the hot tub there were kids jumping in and out

the hotel surprised us with its luxurious spa treatments

delightful surprise was the spa and wellness facility

the fitness center had all the equipment i needed, and the spa treatments were divine

trip to the spa at this hotel was pure bliss

automatic room service but they did bring us everything we requested for the 2nd day

they were willing to hold our bags until they had a room available for early check in

need to change their 'full breakfast' to 'continental' in advertising

they accommodated me for an early check in and late check out

desk clerk carlos was super apologetic and very sweet about the spa issue we had

breakfast ,spa and around stores and restaurants

second the pool was checked off and spa like it was available but it wasn't

bar off bed, my guest injured themself twice on it, spa smelt like mold had ugly foam, water looked gross, pool

the only reason i came here was for the indoor spa and pool. spa ended up being broken.

the room was very comfortable, the spa was wonderful and the lobby and bar had a great fun feel to it

the guy didn t even tell me they have a valet parking i had to walk with my luggage and my kids to do self

menu offerings listed for breakfast and lunch the way written it was such you thought only for room service

clean facilities. the history of the hotel. the spa was awesome for my wife and me.

think we were above the laundry room and it was very noisy

gym and spa advertised isn t at the hotel

amenities such as the gym and spa are actually at the sister location across the river

the pool area was lovely and cozy, water was the perfect temp to cool you off in the hot texas heat

charging extra for wi-fi. area outside for dogs was limited. price for overnight pet

would love to go back a third time and bring our adult kids with us

the location. also the spa was amazing.
