staff was friendly and helpful; they didn't have any more single bed room in the non smoking section available

maintenance was below what i would expect and the room was to close to smoking room so the room had terrible

there is no redeeming quality to this hotel, except the wifi

place was pathetic, it smelled like cigarettes everywhere, no wifi.

say they can accommodate you for free then charge pet fees after email said it was free

a early check in between 6am and 7am

pet fee was exorbitant at $150

the facilities were clean and i loved the pool

plenty of space for parking, close to many restaurants and shopping areas

is an excellent suite with mini kitchen and spacious workplace, bathroom and dressing area

clean , room smelt great & great breakfast!

they have smoking rooms, checking in and out was so quick and there's food places all around

when i picked the room, i didn t realize it was a smoking room

when they moved us to a new room it was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled horrible like fresh cigarettes

so to speak and the bath tub could have been cleaner i re-cleaned it myself , and the non smoking rooms smelled

got blame for smoking in rooms when we don't smoke the people was very rude and i recommend for nobody to stay

the elevator works and they have smoking rooms

i booked a smoking room when i got there there was no smoking on property.

and trashes there were two trucks by the back gate full of trash people hanging out ,out side smoking

last few times wasn't pleasant due to others smoking habits, but this time clean

noise from the bar music

the bar was really loud and we happened to get a room right next to it

also the room was next to a tavern bar adjacent from the hotel

staff was great very nice. good guest laundry.
