room was a non-smoking room & smelled like cigarettes

there then one day some new guy was working didn t proceeded to tell me that i booked a non-smoking room by

smoking rooms

staying in booking with them for over a year now somehow my booking online got mixed up for a non-smoking room

of guests- this place had quite a few - loud, often scary individuals hanging outside of rooms smoking, drinking

coffee in room, only bath towels, no shampoo, or conditioner, pool not open, smoking in the room next to us

seems people live there and they stand infront of the room, no shirt, smoking at the door of my room

non smoking room but you can smell the stale smoke left behind

i was able to change my room from smoking to non-smoking very easy. did not hear traffic.

booked a first floor smoking room and was told upon arrival at 3pm they didn't have any

nice place and they had a smoking room that didn t smell like an ashtray. very friendly

he noticed i was scheduled for a smoking room, which i didn't realize & did not want
