went into use the restroom and a lady began screaming and accusing him of trying to break into laundry room
very poor to no wifi
laundry service is something one doesn't encounter in today time but is most appreciated
it is located walking distance to restaurants anf wifi was great!

book two rooms and they were not together and the room next to mines people were smoking in a non smoking
smoke smell even though it s supposed to be non smoking, the out dated dirty dingy look to the rooms,
didn't like that we received sheets and blankets that have used in the smoking rooms
like a smoking room from a vfw that hasn't been cleaned in 10 yrs, towels looked used and rehung up

morning desk person offered me a to go bad when he realized i wouldn't be there for the start of breakfast
i left early before breakfast had officially started and they still accommodated me

was on the opposite side of the hotel but he didn't say anything about that and there was only parking on one

i found at the end of th parking lot was really not very clean and very messy.

loved the popcorn machine and ways to entertain the kids
i loved that it was pet friendly and i enjoyed seeing all the pets walk through
clean, great breakfast, so many activities like pool table, shuffle board etc to keep the kids busy without
it's a bit expensive and the pet fee is quite high.
staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and competent.
