on this stay i was told it wasn't an option when they clearly had the non-smoking rooms available

the fact i orederd a non smoking room and ended up with a smoking room...

i booked a none smoking room and smelt like smoke

had a non smoking room, but it still smelled like smoke

have a hot tub or pool lol
