breakfast was top quality as was lunch

in the studio so in addition to the comfortable bedroom there was a bright living room/diner and kitchen area

the annexe is very comfortable and cosy, extremely well decorated and furnished and well equipped kitchen

the fan from the kitchen area below our room was noisy but quietened down around 10pm

room was above kitchen & quite noisy, doors being slammed late so
