i had booked a smoking room and when we got there, they had let someone have the room
out of be a smoking room (didn t specify if it was or not - figured it wouldn t)
no smoking rooms available
when i checked out the lady was very rude i did not get the smoking rooms i asked for and they did not bother
the room was non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was in all the furniture, carpet, and draperies
