when it says no smoking in rooms it should mean no smoking period

we had smoking rooms available

nothing. switch me and my daughter to a smoking room .

had booked a smoking room as it was the only one still available through booking

even though i ve requested a non smoking room, i could smell smoke from the sheets of the bed

our room was smoking and at end of the row so we didn't receive wi-fi which was

the bathroom was not clean, the room smelled like marijuana even though it was non-smoking.

to be swept, (cigarette butts and a couple of fake fingernails), people sit outside their room smoking

my kids spent a fantastic time in the pool

noisy kids running and jumping in the room above mine.

pool was so cold out kids couldn’t swim in it and there was no hot tub for them to warm up

i didn't have breakfast just coffee,however they did have it available
